Hi, my name is Tiana Rucks-Saunders and I graduated from Western Massage School in Regina in 2017.  Since then, I have persued  continuing education to further develop my skills and enhance the care I provide.

In 2019, I began a five year program to attain my Direct Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) from the Madrid School of Osteopathy.  I completed the program in 2024, earning dual certification through CIOT in Calgary, AB.

I have been fortunate to train with doctors from around the world while completing practicums and practicing in five countries...and still counting.

I have extra training in Graston Technique, Rapid Release, and specialized techniques for the cervical, hip and lower back.  I am also trained in cupping, shockwave therapy, and hold a full Complex Decongestant Therapist (CDT) designation in lymphatics. My expertise expands to Chapman Reflexs for fluid retention and muscle weakness, disc herniation protocols, and treatments for babies suffering from Colic.  Additionally, I am trained in craniosacral therapy and nerve activation for babies/children.

I absolutely love how osteopathy allows me to treat the body and mind as a whole. Being able to connect the arteries, bones, muscles, hormones, organs and nervous system to actually help people achieve whole body wellness.
